Here at Kings Cross Automotive we do not take for granted having been fortunate enough to keep our doors open since the spread began. Being deemed an essential business was both something to be grateful for, as well as a great responsibility. We have utilized all of our forces to contribute to a safe employee and customer environment. Helping stop the spread of coronavirus is a community effort that we take seriously. We are dedicated to helping keep our clients lives moving and their Jaguar’s, Land Rover’s, and MINI’s running smoothly. 

As a family owned shop we personally understand how busy life can get. With children participating in distant learning programs, homeschooling, at-home working, zoom meetings and so many more new obstacles, life has only become busier in 2020. This is why our clients are ecstatic to utilize our complimentary concierge services now more than ever.

Concierge pick up and delivery services have always been a client favorite here in the Vancouver and Portland metro area, servicing most of Clark, Cowlitz, and Multnomah counties. We happily pick up clients’ vehicles allowing them to stay home with virtually contact-free service. This helps our team of experts keep your vehicles reliable while still maintaining social distancing, as recommended by Governor Inslee in Washington State. 

This safe, convenient service includes: vehicle pickup at your home, an insured Kings Cross team member who will drive your vehicle to our shop, the scheduled service being performed, payment taken over the phone, all touch points disinfected thoroughly, and your serviced vehicle returned to your home by a glove wearing employee. We appreciate all of our customers and offer this service at no additional cost. 

Aside from our employees wearing masks to ensure their safety and the safety of our customers, many things that we do regularly have been amplified around our shop. Cleaning and disinfecting our lobbies, bathrooms and shop has always been routine for us but when coronavirus shut down our county we, like many other businesses, decided to up our daily cleaning habits. Our trained staff currently disinfects all counters and lobby spaces throughout the day. Our staff contributes to our goal of helping stop the spread by washing their hands regularly, wearing masks, and wearing gloves when appropriate. Our staff has also been trained on utilizing UV disinfecting wands which are a great asset when disinfecting keys and steering wheels. You can rest assured that we are taking extensive decontamination precautions and practicing social distancing within our shop.
