With over 40 years of combined automotive experience and a passion for British vehicles, auto repair is in our blood. Our staff are factory trained, certified technicians who use the latest computer diagnostic equipment to quickly diagnose, service, and repair faults on all models 1998 and newer.
We are dedicated to providing dealership quality workmanship without the added cost or hassle. We purchase and maintain factory diagnostic equipment and encourage the continuing education of all employees to ensure that we are furnishing superior service and value.

Michael Raia | Owner
Michael began his career in 2001 at Universal Technical Institute in Glendale Heights, IL. He graduated with a 4.0 GPA and honors.
Michael was then selected to attend the Jaguar PACE Program in Orlando, FL and graduated at the top of his class with multiple factory certifications.
Through the apprenticeship program, he was quickly hired as a journeyman technician at Hornburg Jaguar in Santa Monica, CA. In the following years, Michael worked for two other dealerships in Southern California — becoming ASE Certified and factory trained in Ferrari, Maserati, and Land Rover along the way.
In 2010, Michael was recruited by a local independent Land Rover shop to move back to the Pacific NW (where he had grown up) and begin his career outside of the dealership. In 2014 Michael and his wife Katie were ready to fulfill their dream of becoming business owners; opening Kings Cross Automotive.
Katie Raia | Owner
Katie’s automotive administration career began in 2004 at The Auto Gallery in Woodland Hills, CA. Over the last 10 years, she has worked with more than 20 different car brands at 3 different dealerships– working in sales, service, and corporate departments. In 2012, Katie completed her Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Business Management.
