What to Expect at Your Appointment

Have an appointment?

Here is what you can expect when you arrive at Kings Cross Automotive!
Let our white cones guide you to the tall, black garage door where you can pull straight into our climate controlled service drive. When the rainy seasons are upon us here in Vancouver, Washington, the door may not be open. If it is closed, pull all the way forward and one of our team members will open it for you. We may need a light little honk to let us know you are here!

Once in the service drive, a friendly Service Manager will promptly greet you.

Want to wait while we service your vehicle? Check out the comfort of our newly remodeled customer waiting lounge. While you are here you can enjoy a cup of coffee, tea or water and have a snack! We also have multiple workstations (with complimentary wifi) if you need to get some work done while you wait! A TV and kids play area are available for additional entertainment.
If you want some fresh air, we are in a great location for an enjoyable walk. All within a few minutes you can get to a fun kids playground, visit the Fort Vancouver National Historic Site Visitor Center, Pearson Air Museum and see the beautiful homes on Officers Row.  https://www.nps.gov/fova/index.htm

Don’t feel like hanging out? That’s ok too! Let us know if you need a ride! When we have a Shop Assistant available we can give you a ride home, to work, or nearby for a quick bite to eat at the Grand Central Retail Center. A few of our favorite local restaurants include: Saap Fusion Kitchen, Ginger Pop and The Rock Wood Fired Pizza!

While your vehicle is in our possession you can rest assured that we will treat it as if it were our own. If your vehicle has to stay with us overnight don’t worry, it won’t have to sleep outside! We will bring your vehicle inside for the evening.

Thank you for trusting our team to help get your vehicle back on the road!
